The team supports university executives in formulating strategies by drafting 3-to-5-year, top-down strategies based on NCKU’s vision and analysis of university affairs. The team also identifies a unified development focus and ensures that implementing departments carry out their strategic plans effectively.

The team manages internal and external communications of NCKU’s successes. It manages the University’s international visual identity, and creates publications, videos, and campaign materials. The team also monitors the quality and progress of various departments’ own communications to help strengthen the University’s reputation.

Design Center
The Design Center was established in 2018 as a project team within NCKU. Rooted in architecture and space, we have evolved into a platform of communication and integration through design thinking. We translate thinking from various professional fields, connecting needs, design concepts, and execution units, with the aim of contributing to campus beautification at various scales.
